Unwind and rejuvenate in this soothing class designed to calm your body and mind. We’ll begin with a gentle flow moving slowly and mindfully with intention to connect with our center. As we transition into the restorative section, you’ll settle into deeply supported poses for about 5 minutes with the help of props to encourage complete relaxation. This combination of gentle movement and restorative stillness will help you reset, reduce stress, and restore balance. 

Perfect for all levels—no experience required, just bring your desire to relax and renew.
