After healing sciatica pain in 2015 with yoga therapy at Rasa Yoga, she pursued certifications in yoga therapy and Ayurveda. Sarah is passionate about sharing the healing modalities of yoga.

Joy began practicing yoga at 19 in her hometown near Lake Tahoe, discovering meditation for the first time. After moving to Arlington in 2002, she found Iyengar yoga, focusing on props, breath, and deep connection. Joy is passionate about sharing yoga’s mental and physical benefits.
