This special series is designed to nurture you through the incredible journey of pregnancy. Over six weeks, you’ll be guided through safe, supportive yoga practices that help relieve tension, build strength, and prepare both body and mind for birth.
Each class will include:
Gentle movement to ease back, neck, and shoulder discomfort
Hip and pelvic floor practices to support pregnancy and delivery
Breathwork and mindfulness to calm the mind and reduce stress
Postures that encourage healthy alignment and space for your growing baby
No prior yoga experience is needed—this series is welcoming to all trimesters and all bodies. Along the way, you’ll also connect with a community of mothers-to-be, sharing the journey in a supportive and uplifting environment.
By the end of the series, you’ll feel more grounded, confident, and connected—to your body, your baby, and the process of birth itself.
✨ If your little one arrives before the series ends, you’ll have the option to make up missed classes once you’re ready to return postpartum.
