Soma Men’s Circle is a welcoming, down-to-earth space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect in the midst of life's demands and challenges. Through the lens of yoga philosophy, we explore themes such as discipline, integrity, resilience, and the balance between strength and softness.
Each gathering is unique and may include quiet reflection, guided meditation, breathing techniques, and open discussion, with plenty of room to participate in whatever way feels right for you. This is not about being “good at yoga,” having the right answers, or sharing more than you want to.
The focus is on understanding ourselves more honestly, noticing patterns that no longer serve us, and peeling back layers that get in the way of how we relate to ourselves and others. There is no pressure to perform, “fix” yourself, or arrive at any particular outcome. Soma Men's Circle is not about performance or perfection — it’s about showing up as you are and discovering the wisdom that comes from being fully present.
Open to men of all backgrounds and experience levels, including trans and gender-diverse men, Soma Men’s Circle offers a supportive environment to pause, breathe, and grow at your own pace. No prior yoga experience is required; practices are gentle and accessible, with an emphasis on breathing and seated reflection rather than physical postures.
