Adam has been practicing yoga for nearly 15 years. He undertook his 200-hour training in 2024 with VETOGA, a nonprofit dedicated to sharing yoga and mindfulness with veterans and their communities. Adam is currently pursuing his 500-hour certification at the Dharma Yoga Center in New York. His interest in teaching comes from direct experience of yoga’s impact on his own life, especially its role in nervous system regulation and in rebuilding compassion, empathy, and self-trust.
